"Remember who you are, forget who they want you to be"
I walked past this sign almost everyday for two and a half years, but never really paid attention to it. Until a few minutes ago.
What happened was actually quite funny: I read the line, but somehow I heard it being said (in my head, of course!) in a voice like Kung Fu Panda's Oogway's. That soothing echo that sends chills in my spine. Something they'd do in movies when the lead character learns something, only without the chill. Maybe.
The line was repeated to me many, many times when I was younger by my grandfather. Almost everytime I get angry at people for doing something cruel, he'd say "Don't curse them, remember who you are".
