I was watching "Let's Go! Dream Team!" on KBS channel yesterday. Normally, the show is about a bunch of all-stars team competing with another team, in various 'Telematch'-like games. Most of the time, these exciting games turn out to be really hard for the contestants and hilarious for the viewers. Yeah, imagine all the good-looking 'boy banders' falling on their faces and bums! Hahahahaha... *sweat*
Yesterday was slightly different, though. What am I kindding? Yesterday was completely different. They showed four female stars (two groups) training for the high jump - to compete against each other. The aim is to out-jump the other team (duh...!). One of the contestants set a new record - 1.95m, if I'm not mistaken.
At the end of the show, the host invited one of the coach's daughter to try out for the high jump. They set the bar at 1.25m for a 5 years old girl to jump over. Pretty high, I'd say, considering my own ability. And you know what happened? The girl jumped over the bar - with a lot more space between her knee/feet and the bar! *gape*
But what caught my attention the most was this:
One of the Dream Team member (from the male team), quickly ran and carried the girl. The guy was clearly pleased with the little girl - maybe even proud. More proud than her own dad! And this was one of the most cocky, show-off-y of the team. He got me terrified of his arms - huge, inhumanly muscular -- hierrkkk!!
Oh, well, I guess there are always many sides to a person. =)
